How long will my order take ?

Your order will normally be completed within 6 - 8 weeks of receipt of payment (depending on the amount of items ordered and availability of materials).  If your order is urgent please contact us by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date.

My Wedding is less than 6 weeks away. Can I still order?

Where possible we try to accommodate last minute requests. Please contact me with your requirements and we can discuss your needs in greater detail.

Can I pay using a Credit/Debit card?

Unfortunately we do not accept Credit/Debit Card payments.  We currently accept cheques, postal orders and bank transfers, please contact us for more information.

What happens after I place my order?

We will contact you by email shortly after to confirm receipt of your order and provide an estimated despatch date. You are more than welcome to contact me anytime during the waiting time.

Do you have a catalogue or brochure?

We don't currently have a catalogue or a brochure, however all of the designs available are shown on the site but if you do require more information then please do contact me.  Alternatively if you live local to Birmingham then why not make an appointment to come and see our designs in the studio?

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Unfortunately we do not own a shop, however we do have a studio in Marston Green, Birmingham, where you can view our designs by prior appointment.

Are your tiaras and accessories available from stock?

No, all tiaras and accessories are individually hand made to order.

I like one of your designs but would like it taller, wider, smaller, in a different colour can you do this?

Yes, most of the accessories can be altered to suit your requirements, whether it's scale, colour or design, just contact us on 0121 314 6338  or email michelle@tigerlilytiaras.co.uk or by using our online contact form for a no obligation chat. I would like to have matching hair pins, jewellery and accessories. Is this possible?

Yes, we have a wide range of matching accessories to our tiaras, which will have used the same materials and design elements as in your tiara. If you require something to match an existing tiara please email me some photos and I shall see what I can do for you.

Do I have to have my hair up to wear a tiara?

No, most of our tiara designs can be worn with your hair up or down.

I don't want to wear a tiara, what would you recommend?

I have short hair and I am concerned about securing it in my hair for the day, can you help?

Most of my tiara designs can be adjusted to be worn between the tiara and the Alice band position so that the sides of the band grip the head more comfortably. 

What about my bridesmaids - do you have matching accessories?

All of our tiara designs come with matching accessories which are suitable for both the young and older bridesmaid.  Choose from hair pins, mini tiaras, side tiaras combs, grips, clips etc...

Are any of your headdresses suitable for children? 

All of our headdresses and tiaras are suitable for children (and adults!) as our tiara bands are one size. Combs are ok as long as they have fairly thick hair! Are you able to send samples before I purchase anything?

Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
