Ordering Information

Ordering from the Tigerlily Collection - All tiaras are made to order.  Your order will normally be completed within 6 - 8 weeks of receipt of payment (depending on the amount of items ordered and availability of materials).  If your order is urgent please contact me by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date.

How To Order

At Tigerlily Tiaras we do not have a shopping basket facility instead choosing to
keep things on a personal basis.  When you have made your selection from our collections, simply email us at michelle@tigerlilytiaras.co.uk with your requirements and we will contact you by return with payment details and delivery time.

Payment can be made either by sending a cheque made payable to M. Hawkes  or by bank transfer (details upon request) together with a copy of your order form and post to Tigerlily Tiaras, Ground Floor Studio, 51a Station Road, Marston Green, Birmingham, B37 7AB.  Should you wish to pay by alternative methods then please do contact me for more information. Once payment has been received we will start your order and when complete dispatch it to you via Special Delivery for which a signature is required.  

Delivery Costs

All items will be sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service, which will require a signature upon delivery.  Upon despatch of your order an email confirming your Royal Mail Parcel Number will be sent to enable you to track delivery.

Delivery costs within the UK are as follows:-

£1.00 - £149.99 = £6.00 per package

£150.00 +  = £7.50 per package

Tigerlily Tiaras will not responsible for any import taxes/charges that may apply to your purchase

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the despatch address is correct. Addresses that aren't recognised by Royal Mail upon a delay or lost package query cannot claim compensation.

It is Tigerlily Tiaras policy to recycle as much boxes, packaging, bubble wrap etc, as possible. Therefore your order may well be sent to you in packaging that has been used previously. We hope you will not mind our small contribution to recycling!

Terms & Conditions

Customers must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale before ordering.

All made to order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, this does not affect your statutory rights. (see returns & refund policy below)

All goods remain the property of Tigerlily Designs until paid for in full. 

Returns & Refund Policy - We do not accept the return of any pieces made to order.  This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not issue refunds due to the design being unsuitable, if the colour is incorrect, if the dimensions are unsuitable etc.   

It remains your responsibility to ensure that you have chosen the correct colours from the samples (which are available on request) and that you check the dimensions carefully before proceeding with your order.           Click here for colour charts

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction, if a mistake is made we will rectify the matter without hesitation.

Although full pre-payment will be requested, should you wish to cancel your order then 50% will be non-refundable to cover the cost of materials

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, and you have provided us with your wedding date previously, then simply return within 3 days of being received, in good condition and in the original packaging.  All returned tiaras should be notified to us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the tiara in order to obtain a refund.  The refund will NOT include the cost of the original posting and a 25% restocking fee will also be deducted.  No refunds can be made against faulty goods after the date of the wedding! Returned damaged items will not be refunded.  Tigerlily Tiaras recommends that returned items are sent via Special or Recorded Delivery.

Refunds for UK customers will be by Sterling Cheque. 

Colour control of the crystals and beads and other materials used are the responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier and may occasionally differ from what is shown.

Many of the materials used in the making of the products shown on site contain very small parts. For safety reasons children must be supervised and not left alone with any items.
